Use under the harshest conditions – alongside a high number of flexures, the ingress of abrasive conveyed material into the joint area particularly affects joint wear. This adversely affects the chain elongation, which determines the service life of a conveyor chain.
 
KettenWulf has developed the new SCS-PO sealing system in cooperation with well-known plant manufacturers and has successfully launched it on the market. This system permanently eliminates the need to relubricate the chain joint.

Since modern technology eliminates the need for relubrication, errors during relubrication and maintenance are also eliminated. This considerably increases the service life and at the same time reduces the relubrication intervals previously required.
