Thanks to our diverse range of machinery, our product portfolio extends from classic workpiece machining to all types of turning, milling and boring operations, the welding of complex assembly groups and their heat treatment.

There are also very few restrictions in terms of the materials that we can work with. Whether cast parts, non-ferrous metals, plastics or CrNi steels, we manufacture your individual requests according to your specifications in our modern machining centres.

On this page, we show you which production options are part of our daily business in addition to the manufacture of sprockets and chain wheels. We specialise in the manufacture of chains, and KettenWulf sets standards for drive and deflection shafts and other special components.

State-of-the-art facilities for perfect product quality

In our modern 5-axis turning and milling centres, we machine complex workpieces with a diameter of up to Ø 2,400 mm and a maximum workpiece length of 3,750 mm. The maximum workpiece weight is limited to 7,000 kg.

We can even machine CrNi steels with our equipment without any problems. Of course, modern CAD/CAM systems support programming using the 3D models provided.

Tempering/case hardening and induction hardening

The company's own hardening shop includes a variety of hardening ovens for case hardening. Workpieces can also be induction hardened at various stations.

These methods have few limitations, because we can harden almost any geometry by modifying the workpiece. Heat treatment gives the products a wear-resistant surface.

For particularly extreme demands, an additional tempering process can be added before the hardening. Whether case hardened or induction hardened, all hardening processes for the workpieces are carried out in-house. In addition to a seamless production process with consistent and controlled quality, this also generates cost benefits.

Certified specialised welding company

All welding work is carried out in-house by our qualified employees, accompanied by our welding engineers. The production uses the latest MIG and MAG methods. To guarantee consistent high quality, we use partly and fully robotic welding systems in our manufacturing.

We are also a DIN EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-certified specialist welding company.
