It can withstand the individual stresses and environmental conditions in industrial applications. This greatly reduces the running-in noise of the chain.

Sprockets with bolted-on segments are special sprockets in which the gear wheels are mounted in the form of segments on a central hub or a base wheel. They are designed in several parts, the screw connection of the toothed or untoothed wheel is designed according to KW standards or customer specifications.
