Quality initiatives

Every company has to continually question itself in order to identify blind spots and discover new paths. In most cases, standing still means going backwards. This is why KettenWulf has established various quality initiatives aiming at a continuous optimisation of our performance.

For example, we have invested in state-of-the-art measuring equipment in order to carry out special tests, primarily on critical components and/or new products. Your advantage is palpable: You can always rely fully on the usual high quality product standard of KettenWulf.

Close cooperation with our customers – and also with universities and independent laboratories – ensures continuous feedback. We value this mutual exchange of know-how and use it for the continued optimisation of both our products and processes. In other words: We are never entirely satisfied, for there is always room for improvement.

Quality management

The satisfaction and trust of our customers are a cornerstone of the corporate philosophy of the KettenWulf Group. To guarantee the consistent high quality of our products, we have been certified in accordance with the strict DIN EN ISO 9001 guidelines.

We have implemented these quality management directives in all production and management processes in order to comply with the quality requirements of our customers and to guarantee the consistently high quality of our products. From the quotation through to the final checks, we do everything to deliver only the best quality to our customers.

All individual parts and finished products are subject to our regular quality controls. We analyse wear behaviour, fatigue strength and breaking loads using state-of-the-art technical equipment, e.g. a roller test stand, a high-frequency pulsator as well as a breaking load test machine for tests of up to and including 3000 kN.
